New School for Thurton!

Thurton School is just about to go through some exciting developments with the building of a new school. This will replace our mobiles and will also allow us to have our own hall in which we can hold our assemblies and do PE.
Plans are available to view in the school, so please come and have a look. This is just what we've been waiting for!
You will all have noticed the compound up around the school field in preparation for the new building. The pre-build meeting was held on Tuesday afternoon and Mansell the contractor was given permission from NPS and the county council to order the timber frame which is being constructed off site. Mansell will be onsite working on the necessary tasks before the timber frame arrives. We will use the school website to keep you as updated as possible.
